The Event

The Bigo Live Awards Gala is the annual celebration of the global Bigo Live creator community — one of the world's largest live streaming platforms. The 2025 edition, held under the theme Live Your Oasis, took place on 24 January at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, and was the sixth instalment of the gala. The event brought together over 1,000 attendees from more than 40 countries, including creators, platform ambassadors and government representatives from Singapore, Malaysia, Qatar, Egypt, Jordan and Kuwait. A further 140,000 viewers tuned in online, making it one of the most-watched live-streamed events of the year. The evening featured 35 international artists performing across pop, opera and EDM, alongside acrobatics and dance showcases — with awards presented across categories celebrating creative excellence and community impact.

CHO Solutions' Role

CHO Solutions was part of the technical production team for the Bigo Live Awards Gala 2025, delivering AV equipment rental and technical support for an event of significant scale and complexity. A live gala at Marina Bay Sands with 1,000 in-person attendees, 35 performing artists and a simultaneous global live stream represents one of the most technically demanding event formats in the industry.

Production Requirements

Productions of this nature require concert-grade sound reinforcement, large-format LED display systems capable of delivering broadcast-quality visuals, and stage lighting sophisticated enough to support a multi-genre live performance programme. Technical precision is critical — with a live online audience in the hundreds of thousands, there is no margin for error.
